ADMISSION POLICY

It is the policy of Independence Care Center & Independence Health Systems to admit, and to treat, all residents without regard to race, color, or national origin.

The same requirements for admission are applied to all, and residents are accepted without regard to race, color, or national origin.

There is no distinction in eligibility or in the manner of providing resident services provided by Independence Care Center and Independence Health Systems.

All branches of the nursing home are available without distinction to all residents and visitors, regardless of race, color or national origin.

All persons and organizations that have occasion either to refer residents for admission or recommend Independence Care Center & Independence Health Systems, are advised to do so without regard to the resident's race, color or national origin.
