Independence Square Residential Care Center is a Residential Care Center licensed for 32 residents. It is an off-site facility located less than two miles from our campus. It is nestled on 21 acres of wooded countryside for those who prefer this environment.

Independence Square accepts both private pay and Medicaid residents. It has six full-size apartments and numerous private and semi-private rooms. The price is all-inclusive and covers all the services offered. These services include: medication administration, showers, laundry, meals, housekeeping and activities.

Certified staff are available 24 hours a day, plus we have a full-time nurse manager. The prices vary depending on the apartment or room size.
