The rehabilitation philosophy at Perry County Nursing Home is to encourage residents to remain as independent as possible. We work as a team to provide opportunities to maximize the individual’s potential.

Perry County Nursing Home is a 123-bed skilled nursing home, which has a “Creative Care Unit for the Cognitively Impaired” (Alzheimer Unit). Our health care team includes: Physicians, physical/speech/occupational and recreational therapists, nurses, social workers, dieticians and patient care coordinators.
